Loved the location next to a mall. Plenty of shops and restaurants just a foot away. The room was really cozy and comfy, perfect for our family!
But my goodness, the front desk staff looked like they were running a marathon. A bit more help might stop them from treating guests like they’re on a surprise quiz show!

Great location next to a mall with tons of dining options. Spacious rooms offered comfort and an inviting atmosphere. Alejandro at the front desk welcomed me warmly and provided helpful tips. However, the parking situation was challenging. Shared with the mall, it got crowded during peak hours. The key system for accessing floors was inconvenient, especially since my family had rooms on different levels. AC in my room was tough to regulate, either freezing cold or too warm. Despite the negatives, I’d consider staying here again for the convenience and service.

My stay was enhanced by Alejandro at the front desk, whose knowledge and customer service set a welcoming tone. Additionally, the spacious rooms provided comfort, and the hotel’s location near shopping and restaurants was very convenient for a business traveler. The grounds security, represented by David, ensured a safe environment, which is crucial when away for work. The business center and flexible meeting rooms accommodated all my work needs effectively.
The air conditioning in the room was either too cold or too hot.

Super close to shopping!
I really enjoyed my stay! The room was spacious and clean, and I loved that the mall was just steps away. The on-site restaurant had tasty breakfast options, which was a nice bonus. Just wish there was a fridge in the room. It would've made my snacks last longer!

The staff was super friendly , especially the girls at the reception. They helped us with info on renting a car and gave us great directions to where we needed to go.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , but considering the location and service, it was still the right choice.
